What proof matters most after a deal goes wrong?
For the seller: signed delivery notes, acceptance emails, and any complaint received in writing. For the buyer: dated photographs, inspection reports and a prompt written objection. A complaint raised weeks after use is hard to prove and easy to attack.
What if the terms were changed informally?
Informal changes by email or chat can bind the parties if both accepted them, even when the contract says amendments must be in writing. We look at who proposed the change, who performed on that basis and for how long. Silence for a long period can be read as acceptance.
What remedies are realistic?
Payment of the price, a refund, replacement or compensation for proven loss. Where the dispute is about quality, an expert inspection often decides it. See also supplier and performance disputes.

WhatsApp usCommon questions
Can I reject goods after using them?
Using goods weakens a later rejection claim. Notify the supplier quickly and keep samples. We advise on what is still open to you.
Do the terms on the back of an invoice apply?
Only if they formed part of the agreement. That depends on how the parties dealt with each other.
